Mission Statement
At Gucckiidagreat & Co, our mission is to empower individuals through personalized e-commerce, personal wardrobe, runway virtual, and mannequin styling services. We are dedicated to nurturing and managing models while providing runway and styling classes, and advancing model education. We are committed to giving back to our community and beyond, using 5% of our yearly revenue to support school programs that combat bullying, assist churches, and organize events such as turkey giveaways and toy drives for communities in need.
Our ultimate goal is to expand our services globally, impacting as many children and communities as possible. We aspire to establish brick-and-mortar locations in New York, LA, Paris, Florence, Africa, Tokyo, London, and Milan, each equipped with classrooms for educational programs, photography and video studios, on-site measurement and alteration services, and showrooms featuring emerging designers only. Through our efforts, we seek to promote and support overlooked designers, protecting their ideas from being exploited by high-end designers.

With over 11 years as a personal shopper and closet fixer, 3 years in personal, wardrobe, and mannequin styling, and 5 years behind the camera as a photographer, V "GucckiiDaGreat" Moody brings a full-spectrum creative vision to GDG & Co. She also has 3 years of experience as a creative director, leading powerful visual storytelling across campaigns and shoots.A self-taught stylist with training from Parsons x F.I.T., she has styled B- and C-list celebrities, influencer elites, and celebrity kids. Her work blends bold fashion with real impact, grounded in a decade of community outreach since 2015. Gucckii uses fashion not just to dress people—but to elevate confidence and culture.

Ebony has been the Lead Hairstylist at GDG & Co for 3 years and is the creative force behind 1231 Highlights. With over 15 years of experience, she specializes in bold, trendsetting hairstyles and fashion design, crafting everything from high-impact formalwear to custom streetwear. As GDG & Co’s Hand Sewing Instructor, she also shares her deep technical knowledge with aspiring designers. Through both GDG & Co and 1231 Highlights, Ebony continues to push creative boundaries, ensuring every client feels confident, stylish, and empowered.

Quashemia Grier is a skilled hairstylist with over 10 years of experience in the beauty and fashion industry. Holding both her Empire Cosmetology license and certificate, she brings a professional edge and creative flair to every client she touches. Quashemia began her journey as a model, gaining firsthand insight into the industry before transitioning behind the scenes, where she discovered her true passion for hair. Assistant Creative Director for Community Events, she is a 33-year-old dancer, creative director, and model from Brooklyn, New York, with a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and TV Production from Delaware State University. She brings a unique blend of creativity and professionalism, collaborating with clients and brands to elevate both image and impact. As the host of all GDG & Co events, she leads with energy and presence, while also overseeing the performance talent and visual brand ambassadors, ensuring each production reflects the company’s creative vision. Her work continues to inspire, empower, and push boundaries within every space she enters.

Keith Tolbert is a Backstage Director and Sewing Instructor at GDG & Co, with 3 years of hands-on experience in fashion production and event execution.
