If you have purchased a billboard package from us, you may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

- Refunds are only applicable if your digital billboard design is rejected by the relevant authorities.

- To initiate a refund request, please contact us via email at contact@gucckiidagreat.info. Include your purchase details and the reason for the rejection.

- We will review your request and process the refund accordingly.

- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
